At Vyper Industrial, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance apparel. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
